Terms and conditions
Last updated 27 October 2026. By signing in to and using Mix & Frame you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using Mix & Frame
- Mix & Frame is a browser-based video and audio editor. You need a Google or Apple account to sign in and an internet connection to sign in and export.
- Keep your Google or Apple account secure; you are responsible for what is done with your Mix & Frame account.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around its security.
Your content
- You own what you create. Your media and exports stay yours; Mix & Frame claims no ownership of them.
- You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to the media, music, fonts and images you use.
- Content must not include hate speech, harassment or threats, sexual or adult content, content that exploits or endangers children, violence or illegal activity, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
- What is saved when you export: when an export finishes, a copy of the project file (no media), preview images (one every 30 seconds for longer videos) and a short low-quality 10-second sample (video exports: the video with its sound; audio exports: the audio) are saved to your Mix & Frame account. They are used only for content filtering: checking that exports follow the content rules above.
- You allow Mix & Frame to store these export copies and samples, and the content review frames of videos you add, as described in the Privacy policy.
- Content review: frames of videos you add, and the sample of each export, may be reviewed by the administrator. If they show adult content, exporting is disabled for your account. You can keep editing; if you think it is a mistake, use Contact us.
The service
- The Mix & Frame app, name, logo and design belong to ChatCript Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, the company that makes Mix & Frame. The bundled fonts and AI models are used under their own open licences.
- Exports have no Mix & Frame watermark, and there are no limits on how many you make.
- Features may change, and the service may be paused or stopped. We may disable exports for, or suspend, accounts that break these terms.
- Keep your own copies of projects and media: Mix & Frame does not back up your media files.
Disclaimers and liability
- Mix & Frame is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. AI results (captions, voice isolation and so on) may be inaccurate.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Mix & Frame is not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
- We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Mix & Frame after a change means you accept the new terms.
